Tips For Making The Best Quesadillas In The Oven
- Use a quarter sheet pan for a smaller batch of quesadillas and use 4-5 tortillas.
- Don’t over fill the quesadilla, going overboard filling the tortillas can lead to soggy tortillas.
- Use large burrito size flour tortillas, they are easier to work with and are the best size for sheet pan quesadillas.
- I prefer to shred my own cheese because it melts so much better.
