Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches make busy mornings so much better. Made with baked eggs, melted cheese, sausage, bacon, or ham, on top of a warm English muffin. These are the perfect make ahead sandwiches when you want an easy and delicious breakfast.
Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches are perfect for making a batch and throwing in the freezer for busy school or work days. Breakfast sandwiches are even better when you make them at home and customize them to your families liking. I love to send my kids to school with a hot breakfast in the mornings, but let’s be honest, that doesn’t happen very often. Usually they get a bowl of cold cereal unless I have a freezer stocked with make ahead breakfast foods that just need to be reheated. They are so easy, delicious, and can be made with a variety of cheese and meat combinations. Ingredients to make breakfast sandwhiches
- English Muffins: I love to use English muffins, but bagels would be great too.
- Eggs: This recipe calls for a dozen eggs, baked in the oven.
- Milk: By adding milk to your eggs, they will turn out fluffier.
- Salt and Pepper: Add more or less to taste.
- Cheese: I chose to use cheddar cheese, but feel free to use pepper jack, Colby jack, or sharp cheddar.
- Canadian Bacon, Sausage, Bacon: I love how customizable these breakfast sandwiches are. Choose your favorite meat, or make a combination of two or three.
